My dad and the obituary that should have been there and wasn’t

I love my stepmom, but this isn’t what this is all about.. It’s about forgetting and add the passing to my dad’s life so that all feel included.

My dad married my mom, in 1957 and with her she had 4 kids, Me, My brothers,  and my sister . They were married for 19 yrs before they divorced.

My dad was also a scout leader for Pack 66 in Zion, IL. He also worked for Dexter Paint as a cost account as well as a cab driver and a dispatcher for Black & White Cab in Waukegan, IL.

He was an avid card player as well.

We took long trips in the car when we were younger. We went to Estes Park in Colorado, Painted Dessert in Arizona, Disneyland, Grand Canyon and Las Vegas.

My dad was their as much as he could be.

Yes there were things he missed and things that should have been. But I can tell you this my dad was the parent a girl could want.
