Sharing something that has more to do with me than other people this am. I cane to realize yesterday that it takes a team to build a business and you can’t do it yourself and you can’t just message others and tell them that you are signing them up for something that they need or want. That’s not what I do or will ever do.

I sit down with others and share with them all about what I do and let them decide on if it’s a fit for them or not. If not I send them with blessings and keep in contact with them. Because you never know when they will want to know more about what you are doing and come join you.

Your team members are good to help you out in something and building them up is always positive thing to do. Because it shows to them that you care about them and want to help them out.

You could be an orphan from another team and want assistance. I will be there to assist you as long as you are willing to do the steps. If you don’t do the steps then I can’t help.

I am here to help and see you go and watch things that were impossible possible. So personally I hope you read this with a heart of OK I see where she is coming from and not Oh she doesn’t care.

I do care that is why I write. For God has created something in me to write and share and I will continue to share until He calls me home.
