This has been an interesting and growing week. A mentor of mine made me do a lot of thinking and pull back and take a look at me and where I was going. It was one thing that I never thought would happen.

But when you talk about people who are higher in the business and you have become good friends with and they are succeeding and helping you succeed.

You don’t keep yourself secluded but you get around others and they encourage you and help you grow.

But, it comes down to how does this person make you feel. Does he make you feel worthy or cut you down because you are following and doing what other people think.

What hit me the most is the praise and me accomplishing things and then saying that I wanted praise from these other people when he was totally wrong that I wanted praise from him because he is the one that brought you into the business.

But now I have realized that I don’t need him that others around me are with me and able to help me and praise me and watch me grow and see where I have been and where I am going.

I thank God for bringing these others in and helping me with my business and I am growing each and every day.
