Wow this came up in my email this morning as well as a call from our Business Development Department of my company.

It’s all about knowing what you are worth to yourself and others and accepting nothing less.

I felt this was happening over the last 6 years or more. Yes I had a mentor and he was there when it was convenient for him to be and he did give me a lot of advice which I use today.

But I am worth so much more. Not to be aside for some other endeavor and asked reasonable request and never given them and not even show the common courtesy of congratulating me in growing my business. Which is what I am worth.

I am worth the praise and the accolades and I don’t accept nothing less. I am one who strives for a goal and sometimes need a little push to get it. But I won’t accept nothing less.

So if you are one that people walk over and push you down, now is the time for you to consider what is your worth and accept nothing less.
