Was reading a friend’s blog tonight and it got me to stir. Who’s missing from your table this year. Is it a loved on that has passed this year or a child who is on their own and working that can’t make the time away. Is your older children who that you haven’t been able to forgive or is it something else?

I know it’s been over 2 yrs since my dad has been gone and we lost his dad this July. So they won’t be around our table. The will be up in heaven celebrating with Jesus.

If your older children won’t be around your table because of your unforgiveness ask Jesus to heal you and work with them and bridge the gap between you and them. Some have forgiven you but your bitterness and anger holds you back. Seek Jesus, He will help you and guide you and teach you. The anger will subside and so will the bitterness.

If you bridge the gap and open your arm and ask Jesus to help you through it. He will. God loves you and them and wants you to keep your family whole.
