I saw an old friend this am posting on Facebook that made me think. Why did this person hurt me so bad? The I remember the Lord say turn the other cheek and I did. Then this same person hurt me again.  So I left and de-friend them and even blocked them for at time.

But the the Lord said It’s time to forgive and ask for forgiveness. If they don’t take it is on them. But it’s not up to you. You can’t control the situation.

Many people take other people at their word these days even if they don’t know that person and say things to hurt them. Because they want to be in a better understanding of that person.

Sometimes and in days like today. I have to take the time and search my own heart before I go accusing someone else. I have to search me and say I am sorry from time to time because we don’t know what that other person is really through and what the situation in their life truly is.
