I was sitting here this am after a talk with my mentor yesterday. Thinking about people and what people want in life and how they plan on getting it.

As many of you know I work from home and have been with the same company for the last 9 yrs. It’s weird to say that, because I took a hiatus from it for about a year and half. Because of a person and how our relationship was no longer working even though they tried to put ideas in people’s head about me and how bad I was going to be for them. Which was not true

It was that person attitude and their wishy-washy take on the business and saying that everyone I brought to them was a multi-level marketing person and would due no good in our business. But, I was hustling just like I am now and didn’t get anywhere with them.

Well, when I came back that was they way I felt for a bit. That was until my mentor and friend matched me up with a good friend and we work together. We do calls together. We involve our team together. We encourage each other and cheer each other on.

Yes there are difficult times. but we work through them and work together through them. If we can’t reach a level playing field we include our Mentor and if that doesn’t work our regional Manager. But we work it out.

So as a team of many different people and races and colors it can be worked out. But the one thing that I can suggest when you get in the difficult spot is to pray and seek God before reaching out to that person and trying to work through it.
