It’s almost the end of the year and another birthday will come and go as usual.

This year was a lot of changes and new different things happened this last year. 

Started in Feb/March when we decide to leave our apartment in Dekalb because the neighborhood wasn’t the greatest and didn’t fit in because we were senior and the place was infested with bed bugs. So we left that all behind except for a few things out TV and out bookcase and table and some plastic bookcase. Most everything was left there at the apartment.

We moved to Rockford in April a God send apartment. Dan didn’t want to live in Rockford proper. We live in Southeastern Rockford. We started looking at churches and decide to go a church we started going to when we 1st came back to the area and it wasn’t the right fit. Then we decided to go to a satalite campus which was the same drive as us going to Sycamore Campus when we lived there. So we went there and served for a few months. Until God started tugging and telling me that isn’t right place for you. So in November we decided to look for something else. We found something and asking God to show us. He lead us to a small church which is a dual campus and this campus is one that is growing and we fit right in with what we know and where God has us for us. That is one thing.

As many of you know I started therapy back after we moved and I have found a therapist who is Muslim and I am learning that we have a great starting friendship but I am not sure if I can stay with her but I am continuing to pray about that .

Another thing that I did and made me feel freeing is leaving Melaleuca and all the things with the monthly commitment as well as the pressure. I felt forgotten because I was working and Sondra and Alan will forget about me and my needs. So I left in October and it made me feel so much better.

Some of the accomplishments we have 6 months till the car is paid for. We do have another loan that needs to be paid for. We are on time with our rent and utlities and never late.
