Was sitting here this am and reading emails and such. When I remembered this image that I shared a bit a go.

That’s what I titled it breaking free. For most all of us are in the shadows of the past and that we are not living the dream that we set before us but what someone else had in their minds for us.

We learn to break free of the past and those past dreams that others have by depending on God and what he has for us. God’s dreams are bigger than any others and their are times we need to realize that.

It can be hard letting people down and letting them know they are important but the dreams they had for you aren’t important. Growing up I was compared to many people in my family and that to me was not who I was and not who I was meant to be.

It wasn’t til I found Christ and the goal he has set for me and what He wants for me to accomplish. I did start something in Peoria. If I had a chance to grow it. It could have been something big. But I started as a grass root thing and grew.. til my whole house and garage were filled.

But then God told me to leave and I did. Gave up something that has grown into something special.. But then so have I. I have broke free from the bondage of the past and have become steady in my walk with him and a lot of on the Job training for Him and ready and waiting for my next assignment.
