God may call you for something that you are good at and things are going well. Then you realize it all part of his plan.
Well about a month ago.. It happened to me. I am a tech girl and I am almost 60 but God opened the door and let me be used by Him.
I guess I should start with the whole store but there are times that the whole story doesn’t mean a lot to many people but to me it means a lot.
Dan and I moved from Freeport to Streamwood to help his family out. We were going to a church in Freeport were and was serving there. When we moved we went to one of the churches in Sycamore. Then we started serving there.
Until Dan’s sister wanted to start to come church. So we found something closer so that she could attend with us. It took a few weeks and we started serving there. But then things changed at the Family home. His sister has mental problems. Not the one who goes to church but the another one. One time it got so bad that I knew in my heart it was time to move.
So we started looking and couldn’t find anything. But God was still working in the background because in August another opportunity opened up in Sycamore opened up for me to serve when the Church we were attending wasn’t doing anything. So I offered and the pastor accepted me to help out.
So when you are open to serve God gives you many ways to serve. He also opens up many doors.. The night I started serving I knew God wanted us back here. That God had a reason and as we walk through that opening the doors and the hearts to hear what God has for us.
