Father’s Day 2022

I have to say this, I am not sure why I am writing this. But I am letting my heavenly Father direct me on the words to say.

Many of you know that I lost my dad in 2015 and then 2 yrs later we lost my hubby’s Dad. So Father’s Day brings a lot of emotions and sorrow with it.

But that’s not what this blog post is suppose to be about. We have grieved and continue to miss our Dads but we have a Heavenly Father that takes care of us.

There are so many people that are dads out there that don’t act like dads and other men come along side and become the dad that man was suppose to be. Stepping up to help out and nurture a child is the best thing you can do as a dad or a step dad or a father figure in my life.

Many of my friends including my husband have and continue to do that. You see so many kids want something that only their dad can bring. But he’s not in the picture and doesn’t care. But, men like my husband and a few other Godly men take up what God has given them and show loved and care about the kids that feel left behind or alone and depressed.

So whether you are a dad or stepdad or even someone that cares about kids. Know that God loves you and that He sees what you are doing and wants to love you back.
